Many beginners make the mistake of gripping the racket too tight or loose, and end up either hitting the ball too far or making an incorrect contact or having the racket fall off when they are swinging at the ball. By holding the racket in the correct way will give you the best opportunity to hit the ball accurately every time.

Another important thing to be aware of is that your forehand’s swing path should be straight from the beginning and then curve upwards towards the top of your body when you get to the top of your follow through.
