You can achieve this by placing the racket in front of your skull, your knees bent and your elbows locked.
Tennis players who have a non-dominant handed should swing the racket in front of their head and over their shoulders. The racket should face your crotch if you are a right handed player and should be facing your waist if you’re a left handed player. This will help prevent either the swing that is over the head or the under-shoulder swing from happening. Keep your wrists straight when you swing.
