Tennis players who have open stance forehands tend to have problems with their forearms. Forehands with an open stance tend to have problems with their grip. This issue can be fixed by using a neutral grip. Tennis players with open stance forehand should attempt to use a closed grip. You can achieve this by placing the racket behind your skull, your knees bent, and your elbows locked.
Tennis players who have a non-dominant hand should move the racket over their head and over their shoulders. If you’re a right handed player, the racket should face your crotch.
