The grip is the most crucial aspect of an effective tennis swing. Many beginners make the error of holding their racket too tight or loosely and then miss the ball and making poor contact or letting their racket slide when they hit the ball. Another thing to keep in mind is that your forehand’s path should be straight. As you approach the top of your follow-through, your forehand’s path should be curved towards your top.
