This problem can be solved by using an upright grip. Closed grips are the best choice for tennis players who have an open forehand. This can be done by placing the racket over your head, while your knees are bent and your elbows are locked.
Tennis players who have a dominant hand should move the racket over their heads and then over their shoulder.
