Tennis is one of the most played sports in the world. Everyone can play tennis, from beginners to pros. Tennis players can be divided into two broad categories based on their level to hit the ball farther and higher than a forehand or a backhand. Tennis players are often unable to hit forehands because of the lack of knowledge on how to properly engage their muscles and in what to do to hit forehands that are strong. Tennis players also struggle with their backhands due to lack of knowledge on how to properly position themselves to hit a good backhand down the court. Therefore, these two important areas of the game need to be addressed by those who wish to be successful in the sport.

The grip is the most important aspect of an effective tennis swing. Many new players make the mistake of gripping the racket too tight or loose and end up missing the ball or making an incorrect contact or having the racket fall off when they are swinging at the ball. The best way to hit the ball correctly is to keep the racket correctly in the right position.

The other thing you need to keep in mind is that your forehand’s swing path should be straight from the beginning and then curve upwards towards the top of your body as you approach the top of your follow through. This is known as a high arc or cut shot. A hook with a low arc will have a natural wrist hinge and wrist extension. These aspects will determine what kind of shots you need to be practicing. Holding the club in a neutral position will help prevent you from having an arm that is not dominant when you swing.

Forehand tennis players with open stances tend to have problems with their forearms. Forehand players with an open stance are more likely to have problems with their grip. This issue can be resolved by holding the racket in a neutral grip. Closed grips are ideal for tennis players who have an open forehand. You can achieve this by placing the racket in front of your skull, with your knees bent, and your elbows locked.

Tennis players who have a non-dominant handed should swing the racket in front of their head and above their shoulders. If you’re a right-handed player, the racket should face your crotch. If you’re a left-handed player, it should be facing towards your waist. This will prevent the over-the-head swing or the under-the-shoulder swing from happening. When you swing keep your wrists straight and down your hips, making sure you do not give either side of your body any room to swing.
