Forehand tennis players who have an open stance tend to have issues with their forearms. Forehand players with an open stance are more likely to have problems with their grip. A great solution to this problem is to hold the racket using a neutral grip. Tennis players who have open stance forehand should attempt to hold the racket with a closed grip. This can be achieved by placing the racket on your skull, your knees bent, and your elbows locked.
