Holding the club in a neutral posture will aid in preventing an arm that is not dominant during your swing.

Forehand tennis players who have an open stance tend to have problems with their forearms. Open stance forehand players tend to have issues with their grip. This issue can be resolved by using neutral grip. Tennis players with an open stance forehands should try to use a closed grip. You can achieve this by placing the racket on your skull, your knees bent, and your elbows locked.

Tennis players who are non-dominant handed should swing the racket over their head and above their shoulders. The racket should face your crotch if an right-handed player and the racket should be pointing towards your waist if you are a left handed player.
