Tennis players also struggle with their backhands because of lack of understanding about how to properly position themselves to hit a strong backhand down the court. These two areas are crucial to the sport and must be addressed.
A successful tennis swing depends on your grip. Many beginners make the mistake of holding their racket in a way that is too loose or tight and end up missing the ball and making poor contact or letting their racket slide when they swing at the ball. The right way to hold the racket in the right way will give you the best chance to hit the ball in the right way every time.
Another thing to keep in mind is that your forehand swing path should be straight. When you reach the top of your follow-through, your forehand swing path should be curved towards your top.
