Open stance forehand tennis players tend to have problems with their forearms. Forehands with an open stance tend to have issues with their grip. One way to address this problem is to hold the racket using an even grip. Tennis players with an open stance forehand should attempt to hold the racket with a closed grip. This can be accomplished by putting the racket behind your head while your knees are bent and your elbows are locked.
Tennis players who have a non-dominant hand should hold the racket in front of their head and over their shoulders. If you’re a right-handed player the racket should point towards your crotch.
