A great way to solve this issue is to hold the racket with an even grip. Closed grips are best for tennis players with an open forehand. You can achieve this by placing the racket on your skull, your knees bent and your elbows locked.
Tennis players who have a dominant hand should move the racket over their head and over their shoulder. The racket should point towards your crotch if you are a right handed player and should be facing your waist if you’re a left handed player. This will stop the over-the-head swing or the under-shoulder swing from happening. Keep your wrists straight while you swing. Also, ensure that you don’t give any part of your body too much space.
