If players have an open stance forehand they tend to twist their wrists, and they do not have a good grip. One way to address this issue is to hold the racket using an even grip. Tennis players with an open stance forehand must try to have a closed grip. You can achieve this by placing the racket on your skull, with your knees bent, and keeping your elbows locked.
Tennis players that have a non-dominant hand should swing the racket over their heads and over their shoulder. If you’re a left handed player the racket should be facing your crotch.
