This issue can be fixed by using a neutral grip. Closed grips are the best choice for tennis players who have an open forehand. This can be achieved by putting the racket behind your head while your knees are bent and your elbows are locked.
Tennis players that have a non-dominant hand should swing the racket above their head and over their shoulders. If you’re a right-handed player the racket should point towards your crotch.
