This can be achieved by placing the racket over your head while your knees are bent and your elbows are locked.

Tennis players who have a hand that is not dominant should swing the racket over their head and then over their shoulder. If you’re a right-handed player the racket should point towards your crotch. If you’re a left-handed player, the racket should be pointing towards your waist. This will stop the over-the-head swing or the under-shoulder swing from occurring.
